On July 2 in Deltona, one young woman asked another young woman if she could braid her hair.
When the second lady said no, the first one lost her temper, and the two began to quarrel.
The first one seized the second “around her upper torso and pulled a large clump of hair from her scalp.”
Then they started fighting and tumbled to the ground.
Sheriff’s deputies concluded that the hair-ripper was “the primary aggressor,” and she was taken to jail.
