A DeLand police officer found a gray-haired man in his early 60s asleep on South Alabama Avenue early in the morning of Dec. 13.

The officer (who happens to be of the female gender) got the sleeping fellow’s attention, and the man shouted a profanity at her.

The rude guy pulled his wallet out of his shirt pocket and threw it at the officer, exclaiming “This is what you want.”

Several times, the policewoman told him to calm down, but, instead, the guy removed his manhood from his pants and waved it at the officer.

She arrested the irrationally ticked-off senior citizen on a charge of assaulting a law-enforcement officer (a felony) and a charge of indecent exposure (a misdemeanor).

And on top of all that, she couldn’t find the guy’s wallet.
