Chick-fil-A was forced to shut down yesterday at around 2 p.m. when their flagpole was struck by lightning.

Employee's taking face-to-face orders outside had been relieved moments before the strike and the store is thankful that no one was hurt. The lightning struck the top part of the flagpole leaving a trench underneath.

Chick-fil-A was given the all clear to open this morning and it is business as usual.
