ECHO Rangers Open Registration

10 a.m. at DeBary Hall Historic Site, 210 Sunrise Blvd. Children in first through fifth grade can join Volusia County’s ECHO Rangers, an educational program that focuses on the county’s ecological, cultural, heritage and outdoor resources.
