The DeLand Fall Festival of the Arts artist application deadline is Saturday, Aug. 10. This year’s festival will be Saturday, Nov. 23, and Sunday, Nov. 24.

Celebrating its 27th year, the DeLand Fall Festival of the Arts is an exciting, juried fine-art show, presented by the Museum of Art - DeLand. The main street of the historic preservation district of Downtown DeLand provides a charming backdrop for this annual festival, which is dedicated to those who create as well as those who appreciate and collect art.

More than $45,000 is available in judges’ awards (including $4,000 Best of Show) andPatron PurchaseAwards. Fine-art exhibits presented by our juried artists, great music, and youth activities draw a crowd of more than 50,000patrons over the two-day festival.

The DeLand community continues to support the festival and its artists through a growing Patron Program. Generous purchases by our art festival patrons add to sales and make this festival even more successful for participating artists.

We are honored to have two exceptional judges as they grace us with their astounding level of experience, knowledge and respect in the understanding and appreciation of the world of art: J. William Meek, director emeritus of the Harmon-Meek Gallery in Naples, Florida, and Sherry Rohl, a professional artist whose primary focus has been drawing and painting, but who also worked in assemblage and printmaking, and has created installations.
