The Athens Theatre was rocking all day long Aug. 15 with the Homegrown Rock Concert. The event was a celebration of the 40th anniversary of the epic Woodstock concert. Remembering the days of peace and love were rock bands and singers, including: Whiskey Basin, Dish, Buckets & Strings, the Dave Disney Band, After Indiana, the Professor Messer Band, The Hemby Brothers Band, Joe "Survival" Caruso, Small Potatoes, Lauris Vidal, Thom Chambers and Magda Hiller.
