Rainwaters from Tropical Storm Fay flooded through the Royal Oaks Professional Center in DeBary Friday morning, closing U.S. Highway 17-92 just south of Enterprise Road. The runoff headed south across the parking lot of DeBary Villas condominiums, creating an apparent sinkhole near the complex's central pond, before breaking through retaining walls and flooding units in the southern part of the community.
