Todd Swann knows DeLand. A lifelong resident of DeLand and a member of one of DeLand's most dedicated business families, Todd grew up working the family business,"Todds Grocery & Ice," which was established by his grandfather in 1932.
Todd began his career in real estate upon graduation from Stetson University. Wishing to bring the finest in real-estate services to his hometown, Todd opened his own business in 1987.
