Anna Shepherd, Joe Collins to wed

Wedding plans have been announced by Anna Loren Shepherd and Joseph Collins. They will be married March 27, 2010, in the Rose Garden of Leu Gardens in Orlando.

The prospective bride is the daughter of Barb and Jeff Shepherd of DeLand. Her paternal grandparents are Betty and Clifton Shepherd of Kokomo, Ind., and her maternal grandparents are Frank W. Button Jr. of DeLand and the late Jerry Button.

The prospective bridegroom’s parents are Ann and Mark Collins of Lake Helen. He is the grandson of Patricia and Dominick Stellitano of Deltona.

The prospective bride, a 2002 graduate of DeLand High School, earned her bachelor’s degree in English language arts education at the University of Central Florida in 2008. She teaches at Lake Howell High School in Seminole County, and is pursuing a master’s degree at UCF.

The prospective bridegroom, a 2002 graduate of DeLand High School, earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering at the University of Central Florida in 2008. He works as an assistant engineer at AECOM in Orlando, and is pursuing a master’s degree at UCF.
