Lisa Barbarow and Nicholas Bibey to wed

Jennifer and Bruce A. Barbarow of Deltona are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Lisa Ann, to Nicholas Robert Bibey. Nicholas is the son of Christine and Robert Carter of St. Augustine, and Dennis and Janice Bibey of Oviedo.
The prospective bride graduated in 2001 from Pine Ridge High School in Deltona, and attended Florida Southern College in Lakeland and Daytona Beach College. She is employed at Sprint.
The prospective bridegroom graduated in 2003 from Oviedo High School. He is currently serving in the U.S. Air Force, and recently graduated from the Security Forces Academy in Lackland, Texas.
The couple plan to wed this summer.
