Congratulations to Alex Navarro, 17, of Boy Scout Troop 590 in Lake Helen, who earned the Eagle Scout rank July 21. The Eagle rank is the highest rank in Scouting. Alex completed all the merit-badge and project requirements for earning his Eagle. He currently attends DeLand High School, and plans to study graphic design after graduation.
