Day Shift:

Fraud - Wal-Mart. A woman reported that she believes she lost her wallet at Wal-mart on 09-29-09. Dora said since then an unknown suspect has used her debit card five different times at 901 S. Woodland for a total of $430.00.

Pan Handling - Plymouth/ Woodland. A man was witnessed by officers pan handling at this location. He was given a NTA.

Theft - Stetson University. Employee reported that on today’s date between the hours of about 1200 hours and 1210 hours an unknown suspect stole her wallet and check book from her purse. Domestic battery - W. Plymouth. A man and his wife got into an argument over the fact that the man couldn’t find something in their vehicle. The man told the woman to get out where she stepped behind the vehicle to prevent the man from leaving. The man told her if she didn’t move he was going to run her over. The man backed up and struck his wife on her leg. No injuries reported. VCSO went to the man’s house where there was no one home. The wife went to her daughter’s house. Later in the night the man was found in Orange City where he was transported to VCBJ.

Night Shift:

Agg Assault / DV - Possession of Cannabis - Kenneth Bain, wanted for Agg. Assault by day watch, was located by Orange City P.D. and arrested. Transferred to us and had a small amount of Cannabis in his sock, VCBJ.

Missing / Recovered - S. Woodland Bl: A person was reported missing endangered since noon from the Dixie Lodge. They were found a short time later in Escambia County. Baker Acted by the recovering agency. Dixie Lodge notified.
