• Poss. of narcotics — West Howry Avenue — A man came to the PD asking for help to find his vehicle. He said that he was too inebriated to locate his vehicle. While speaking with the officer, the man dropped a bottle of pills out of his waist band. He did not have a prescription for the narcotics. He was arrested and transported to VCBJ.
