• Possession of cannabis <20 — North Frankfort Avenue — A man was issued a notice to appear after being possession of cannabis under 20 grams. He tried to hide the cannabis by sitting on the cigarillo wrapper containing the cannabis.
• Suspicious vehicle/ DUI — Martin Luther King Boulevard — A man was observed sleeping on the side of the roadway with his vehicle still running with his headlights on. An officer approached and the man tried to leave by backing up but was unable due to getting stuck in the sand. The driver submitted to a breath test where the results were .217/.218. He was transported to VCBJ.
