Day Shift:

• Retail Theft Arrest — East New York Avenue – A man left the store with items he did not pay for. Transported to the VCBJ.

• Retail Theft Arrest — Beall’s – A woman attempted to leave the store with items she did not pay for. Transported to the VCBJ.

• Grand Theft / Possession of Narcotics Arrest — A woman attempted to leave the store with $451.30 worth of merchandise that she did not pay for. Search incident to arrest, she was found to have three (3) Xanax pills that she does not have a prescription for. Transported to the VCBJ. Carrying a Concealed Firearm / Poss. of • Cannabis Arrest — Alabama & Euclid – An anonymous person contacted the police to report that a woman was walking down the street carrying a concealed firearm. Contact was made with her and she was found to have a loaded 22 cal. pistol in her pocket. She also had a small baggie of cannabis. Transported to the VCBJ.

Night Shift:

• Criminal Mischief — South Woodland Boulevard — Business owner heard noises outside near the rear door. Observed three to four juveniles running from the immediate area, rear of the building had been spray painted.
