• Retail Theft — North Woodland Boulevard — A man was arrested after attempting to deprive the business of $267.52 in merchandise. He was transported to VCBJ.

• Burglary — A woman was located inside of 427 N. Clara Ave. She had no authorization from the homeowner, who resides in North Carolina. She was located at the residence on a related suspicious incident call. She was transported to VCBJ.

• Panhandling — A man was observed panhandling behind 133 N. Woodland Blvd. He was transported to VCBJ.

Night Shift:

• Burglary (Car) — S. Spring Garden Avenue — A man reported that someone stole his cell phone from the center console of his truck.
