Day Shift:

• AOA — North Woodland Boulevard — An officer located a suspect in a battery DV case that VCSO handled earlier. TOT to VCSO. 

Night Shift:

• Panhandling, Poss. Drug paraphernalia — North Woodland Boulevard — A man was witnessed by officers panhandling in this parking lot. He did not meet NTA requirements. He was found to be in possession of a crack pipe which tested positive for cocaine. He was transported to the VCBJ.
