Raymond Knight is chosen Employee of the Month at AlphaPros in Ormond Beach

As with many things, being in the right place at the right time can change your life.

AlphaPros partner Jim Lynch met Raymond Knight while cleaning carpets. He liked Knight's upbeat attitude and after a lunch interview with Partner Nathan Hargrave, made Ray one of AlphaPros' first employees.

Raymond's experience includes 4 years active duty and 5 years reserve with the U.S. Navy where his skills included electronics and boiler technician. "I joined the Navy to see the world," he laughs, "and I did: Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Canada and Mexico.

Because he is flexible and willing to learn, this team player is always accruing skills and recently attended Carpet School sponsored by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification.

Raymond is an avid basketball player. But he says being the proud dad of four sons and a daughter living in Ormond Beach is all the hobby he needs.
