Danealle Marshall earns title agent’s license

Southern Title Account Executive Danealle Marshall successfully completed her state exam administered by the Florida Department of Financial Services, and is now a Licensed Title Agent in the state of Florida.

Marshall has 15 years experience in sales management, training, and technology solutions for the title insurance industry. She currently assists with sales initiatives in the company’s 5 locations, including Daytona Beach – Beachside, Daytona Beach – Mainland, Ormond Beach, Deltona, and Winter Garden. Last month, she completed the 40-Hour Title Agent Licensing Class taught by industry expert Karen Koogler.

Florida law requires title agents to be licensed in order to countersign title commitments and policies and requires every title agency in Florida to have at least one licensed agent.
