DeBary turned out in droves for the annual Christmas Parade. This year’s theme was “A Tropical Christmas,” and the weather cooperated.
The parade winners will receive their awards during the 6 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19, City Council workshop at DeBary City Hall, 16 Colomba Road.
In fact, the City Council will present awards during that meeting for three recent civic contests.
