Eromlig guess playoff games

The number of Florida statewide high-school football playoff games were sliced in half Nov. 16, leaving 48 encounters on tap for Friday, Nov. 23, after which there will be only 12 remaining for Friday, Nov. 30.

Gen. Eromlig went the distance with the opening 96 matchups, finishing with a 68-28 mark, or just shy of 71 percent. The breakdown by classes was 8A, 13-3; 7A,11-5; 6A, 10-6; 5A, 8-8; 4A, 8-0; 3A, 5-3; 2A, 7-1; and 1A, 6-2.

Here we go again for Friday, Nov. 23.
