Florida Technical College collecting clothing, food for veterans

The Ambassador Club at Florida Technical College (FTC) of DeLand is collecting canned foods and clothing of all sizes to help fellow student veterans who are students at Florida Technical, and other veterans in the community.

The FTC Veterans Club is also involved in this nonprofit event.

Donations for the cause can be dropped off at the DeLand campus, 1199 S. Woodland Blvd., Monday through Friday through Nov. 13. The campus is open until 9 p.m.
