Florida Hospital DeLand has selected Rosalie Baugh RN, MSN, to serve as Director of Medical Surgical Nursing.
In her new role, Baugh will be responsible for the Medical and Oncology, Surgical and Orthopedics, as well as Cardiac and Pulmonary nursing units. She will lead these teams to excellent patient care through evidence based best practice.
Baugh has 12 years of Nursing Director experience and spent nearly 30 years at Bloomington Hospital in Bloomington, Ind., in various roles. Most recently, she served as the Service Line Director for post-surgical/medical telemetry and rehab at Mission Regional Medical Center in Mission, Texas.
Baugh earned a Masters in Nursing Administration at Ball State University in Muncie, Ind. Additionally, she is certified in progressive care, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Basic Life Support (BLS).
Baugh will relocate from Edinburg, Texas, to DeLand.
