Neurologist Joins Florida Hospital DeLand

Dr. Khalid Zuhayr Tabbarah has joined the medical staff at Florida Hospital DeLand, located at 701 W. Plymouth Ave. His office is located at Victoria Medical Park, 1431 Orange Camp Road, Suite # 118, Deland, and his general services include General Neurology, Epilepsy, and Sleep Medicine. He is accepting new patients and accepts most insurance plans.

Dr. Tabbarah is board-certified in Neurology, Clinical Neurophysiology, and Sleep Medicine. He received his medical degree from the American University of Beirut Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Tabbarah completed an internship in internal medicine at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. He also completed a residency in neurology and fellowships in clinical neurophysiology and sleep medicine at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.

Since 2007, Dr. Tabbarah has been a member of the American Academy Neurology, the American Epilepsy Society, and the American Academy Sleep Medicine.
