Fashion Gallery in DeLand has ribbon-cutting

Owners and employees of Fashion Gallery in DeLand gather with members of the DeLand Area Chamber of Commerce to celebrate a ribbon-cutting Jan. 28. The new business offers a beauty salon, a photography studio and a boutique all under one roof.
