Primary Care Physician Joins Florida Hospital DeLand

Christine Aziz, MD, has joined the medical staff of Florida Hospital DeLand.

Some of the services Dr. Aziz will provide include:

Annual exams

Well-woman exams

Pediatrics and pediatric well checks - ages two and above

Sports physicals

Ears, nose, and throat (ENT) - primary care management

Asthma

COPD/Emphysema

High cholesterol

High blood pressure

Diabetes

Acute care visits

Dr. Aziz is board certified in Family Medicine. She fulfilled her residency in Family Medicine at Halifax Health Center for Family and Sports Medicine after receiving her medical degree from University of South Florida College of Medicine, Tampa, Florida. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida, Orlando, Florida.

She is currently a member of American Medical Association, American Academy of Family Physicians, and Florida Academy of Family Physicians.

Previously, Dr. Aziz practiced Family Medicine in Oviedo, Florida.
