Exactly. I did the same 3 years ago in my Deland home. New contruction with St. Augustine grass should not be allowed. Then a further tax credit for less square feet of any grass. Hope what this lady did catches on. I save a lot of money in not buying sod, not needing so much irrigation and not buying any chemicals. A lot. Then... the time I save.
