Mr. Zischkau should have been arrested and fired form his position as Deltona City Commissioner the day he assaulted another citizen on Christmas Eve 2008. He was in violation of his elected office. He was a "loose cannon" then and still is. He should be forced to get a psychologically evaluation by the City of Deltona to see what psychosis this man really has. The senseless points he makes, and has made since he's been in office have nothing to do with the commission making this city a better place to live. How unbelievable that four other commissioners are taking him serious as he escalates AGAIN into another psychotic display of nonsensical wasting of our tax paying money as we listen to the "town idiot".
