I applaud Volusia on their actions. My neighbors motorcycles are louder than rotarywing. And Hoorayyy is right. Seems every time you want to do something in your own backyard some !@#$%^&*()_+ from the county comes by to tell you it's against the law. Hey, they're already charging us for the water we drink and taxing us for the air we breath(EPA)! I hope this man with the chopper has many years of enjoyable flight-time.
