Glad this guy got to build this. I really can't believe how much the government controls everything. They don't own the land but they sure act like it! No wonder land values continue to drop. I could agree with the not using it for commercial use but how about the freakin helicopters that fly over our house all the time and they are loud? Where's the county government in that!
