So when I cut my foot off mowing the city right-of-way, do I sue myself or the city? I think everyone should hurt themselves on this 3 foot city right of way and file a huge class action lawsuit against the city of Orange City. Although, I'm sure they have some clause not holding them liable.
If most residents jump off a cliff will they regulate me to also jump?
