Big Pockets can take his capitol and stick it anyplace he likes. If the 9K does not build the schools, roads, utilities ect, then it should be set at what ever the true cost is. If they don't want to build here, let em go elsewhere. Way too many properties now standing vacant and built by those Big Pockets who took the money and ran. If there is nothing new built in the next 15yrs, there is plenty of current inventory to supply every need without changing one land use. Quit crying over not being able to rape the land and the local taxpayers any longer.
