A gentleman who I remember standing up to those he felt were not doing their jobs. I don't care wht party he was a member of he knew right from wrong. Why we don't have more like him to follow in his footsteps is a question that can'tbe answered.

Many many times I remember him being helped to the microphone to address the committee or council on different issues.
