Carl Reynolds would have put his whole name down if he had been writing a comment on the internet. He had courage. He was a leader. He gave his life to his country and invested in the future of Volusia County by giving honestly to the market place of ideas and politics. I celebrate the courage and commitment of Mr. Reynolds.
