Brighthouse's handling of the DTV transition is just appalling. Here were breaks in service and even whole channels that turned into blue screens for long periods of time. So now, I also find out in addition to short-term channel drops, I have to deal with permanent channel outages? If this were any other company besides Brighthouse, I would be surprised.
