Bad idea...fema, keep on "brainstorming". Banks are not hotels...do you really think the bank would be ok with becoming landlords? Its been 3 years or so, and fema still can't get the people out of the provided so called "temporary" shelters ( all the trailers they provided )...

so what happens when they put them in the foreclosed homes? They never leave, tear it up, and decrease property value for others...
