This would be laughable if it weren't so serious. The East side of the county would continue to drain our water unabated while we would be on the hook for a crippling cost increase? In what world does that make sense?
I don't buy for a minute that this is about 'saving the manatees'. This is all about power and control because there is no fresh water shortage in Florida.
Manatee steaks anybody?
