The County boys are lazy at best. I called them for a neighbor who oven caught fire, when they finally got there (I put the fire out with an extinguisher), they refused to use their fan to clear the smoke out of the house, they simply wanted to get back to their movie or cruizing the shopping centers looking for chicks. At least OC has some supervision. Don't really blame them for not wanting to loose such an easy pay check.
