Does this apply to county vehicles being washed. I've been stocking up on oxygen because you know their gonna limit how much air we can breathe if the population keeps growing. And my tanning bed is primed and ready for when they limit how much sunlight I am allowed to enjoy. I guess they will be working on a plan to count how many times I flush my toilet and I'll have to pay a fine for everytime I exceed the limits on how many #1's and #2's I have on Tuesday and Friday on even number addresses. Maybe they should give home owners a rebate, discount, tax break for rain water harvesting systems instead. Oh wait, that's way too easy and common sense is not on the county agenda.
