Look at the harm all this drinking is doing. If that man were not drunk in public, which is a crime in many other places, he would not have assaulted a complete stranger and made it obvious how big a fool he is. I say, let's outlaw drinking in public, or perhaps restrict it to special buildings. Maybe if all drinking could be done on Sunday mornings, or in free drinking zones set up by the government. That way anyone who would want to see public displays of drunken idiocy could go to these special areas.
