I was at the horse arena....WORKING, not just for a visit. Why do you think it looks maintained ( arena) and the irrigation works on the trees & the arena ??? I also then went and fished for a while in NSB.

As for taxes, yep mine are miniscule, ( less than $500) ergo, I don't ask for anymore than one road paved PER YEAR.
