For those of you who do not know, the center of Deland will not be the intersection of Woodland and New York much longer. It has been in the works for years to move the center of Deland to N.Woodland and hwy 92. It is now that things are beginning to take shape.
If you want to cut down on unlawful driving in Deland start ticketing drivers who block intersections between red lights.
