A quick comment: I mentioned the idea of a "store" on the property in the context of a popular country farm/store we used to frequent in Lexington, MA before we moved to Florida. The farm-and-store combination, in the middle of suburban Boston, was an inspiration. Nize and I don't intend to actually put a store on our property.
