It's time for Mulder and his Muppets to move on. He has succeeded in the getting the city attorney and the city manager HE wanted. Commissioners Deyette, Truesh and Carmolingo (who sure sounded like he wants to be Mayor)fall into line with "the rookie" 99.9 percent of the time None of these folk are competent. The attorney doesn't understand constitutional law and the city manager lacks the education and skills to run a city the size of Deltona. I supported Dennis Mulder in his election. I won't make that same "rookie mistake" twice.
