Mulder is doing fine where he is at. The whiners are people who lost their power in Deltona. Time for the those people to move along and let Mulder continue what he is doing. Since he has been in office he has tried to get deltona a significant status or boost in recognition in the central florida neighborhood instead of sitting on their butts before Mulder came along.
