This is just a feel good attempt. The radios should be delivered individually with setup and training of use or it is all in vain. These things are not easy to use. They will all be laying around "new in the box" until needed and then they will give alerts for storms in Oklahoma and Kansas instead of DeLand. I'd rather put a metal shed together than setup one of these things.
