You try living next door to this mess! It stinks to high heaven and the cats roam freely all over the neighborhood. If she would not feed the cats outdoors like the county asked 3 years ago maybe the bear wouldn't be coming over for dinner Duh!. She has not obeyed any of the county's requirements.
She has brought this on herself!
