Mr. Shuttleworth has to look in a mirror. He is the who caused Mr. Cooke's demise not Mr. Giorno. Mr. Shuttleworth brought Mr. Findell in after the voters turned down a city manager form of government. Mr. Shuttleworth tromped off to Tallahassee with Atty Lonnie Groot and Mr. Findell in arm and had the Florida legislation pass a new Charter with Mr. Findell and Mr. Groot as charter officers with job description. Then when 700+ signers of a petition went before the Commision, they were practically laughed at and again voted the "way Mr. Findell wanted them to vote." At still another meeting, Mr. Cooke "cooked his own goose" when at another meeting, Mr. Cooke tore up a copy of the petiition "to make a statement." The voters have now made their statement. No problem, last election when Mr. Cooke won and Mr.Giorno also back Mr. Burton. Somebody wins, somebody losers.
