I used to be on a construction crew that worked on that old house. Beautiful, fascinating place. True old world craftsmanship and charm. There was a suicide and a murder in that house while it was an apartment complex in the 70s-80s. That house has seen a lot. Wish that jone day somehow it'll get finished. Was 1.7 million estimated to do so, with buds up to 160k just to put the tiles on the roof and dry her in (with 99% of the original tiles being used).
