Americans are getting EXACTLY what they deserve...when it comes to energy prices no question about it. We all want cheap energy but forget about geology and reality.

We have had cheap energy for far too long actually...stop and think about it....SOMETHING has to give.

The days of cheap energy are over, we have 6.5 billion dangerous mammals (humans)devouring oil that took million of years to form.

Okay....where does it stop ...when I-4 is double decker and eight lanes?? When Mexico City has 30million instead of 20million amigos?

This cheap energy ride is OVER...if we have so much oil then why are oil companies drilling in 10K feet of water at over one million dollar per day cost for an exploratory well??

Oil companies are building 15 drillships at 600M a copy right now...WHY? Because we have so much oil...NO...because the world is devouring so much oil. If it were not for the oil companies we would all be walking NOW.

Okay ...zipperheads...research Rigzone.com and look up day rates and employment.

There is short term profiteering and speculation of course...but long term we are SCREWED. Ask a geologist where oil comes from do the research....Fossil fuels..get it?

You know how much fuel you have in your tank but do you know how old it is and how dependant we have become on it?????
