I say stay focused on drawing more businesses such as Check Cashing, Dollars and Liquor Stores. Wow - - another moral ground war that is and has been only costing the City money with no end game in site (or should I say well researched road map/strategy).

From a LEO standpoint, I am betting the farm that Volusia's finest has minimum if any calls to this business compared to other well know educational watering holes in Deltona that are always being counted on in needing LEO for such high clientele.

What a waste of time and resources.....but go ahead and elect another city official next go round with absolutely no Govt. history and or cant cut it in the private sector. This formula has worked wonders in the past and present.
